Chowstalker’s Top 10 Recipes for the Week ending October 5, 2013

We’re a little slow getting this week’s top 10 posted because we were in Athens, GA over the weekend attending my brother’s wedding!  He’s the one that designed the original Chowstalker and Dessertstalker logos.

At the reception, we were catching up with some relatives and when Ron told them about Chowstalker, my “cousin-by-marriage” said that she had recently purchased a paleo book.  She wasn’t sure of the title but after just a few questions, I asked if it was Practical Paleo.  And she said “Yes, that’s it!”  Excellent choice.

This week’s top 10 includes an excellent post on preparing meals for the freezer, 2 recipes featuring mushrooms, 2 Indian inspired recipes, and a Brussels Sprouts Skillet meal that you can have on the table in about 25 minutes.  Treats include a fantastic alternative to toffee popcorn and paleo brownies made with sweet potatoes.   Grain-free wraps and a big ol’ stack of coconut pancakes round out the list.
