My style of cooking is that of simple farm to table, healthy gluten/soy and dairy free recipes. This blog evolved from casually sharing my recipes with friends, and receiving an overwhelming demand to provide them with more. After having retired from the corporate world to stay home with my children I decided to go back to school to pursue my passion in health and cooking. Along the way I discovered that I had severe sensitivities to gluten, soy and dairy. Having always loved cooking I was determined to come up with recipes to replace all the foods I loved without sacrificing taste. After lots of trial and error I think I have accomplished this!
