I essentially follow the Perfect Health Diet (some rice, occasional potatoes, dairy in the form of yogurt or cheese (and ghee), but with less starch. I try to eat "real food", and go for grass fed or pastured meats, and I love good veggies. I'll do limited legumes. All my recipes at my site are gluten-free for the past two years. (I can't vouch for before that.) Currently, they are also tree-nut free. As you may notice, I'm big on seafood and on snout to tail eating. I love to garden, and will someday own a farm.
